First, review our current work and become familiar with our company, culture and portfolio. This is the level of design work we would expect from you as a creative team member. Be prepared to show us what you can do!
Please email your resume and samples of your portfolio to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your work should show what you can do in both print, web and video, and our team will need to see this in order to consider your application for this position. Do not send a resume without links or attachments to your portfolio work. Work shown should be your own, unless you specify that this was a team project and your role on the campaign.
Please — Do not call the office or stop by in person. We are too busy during the workday (hence, why we are hiring) and will review your job application via email as soon as possible and reply to you.
We are a boutique, full–service creative agency with big ideas. Our team likes to work hard and play hard, and our environment is casual yet fast–paced. There is no need to wear shoes in our office, we live in our flip flops year round. Our client list is diverse, from global companies to regional universities and right down to local restaurants. We may work late one day for a big project and leave early the next for happy hour.
Our team will do what it takes to keep our clients happy but at the same time we appreciate a good balance between work and leisure. As a small agency, we are a close knit group of people who wear many different hats — you'll never hear us say “That's not in my job description” — because we will do it all!
