Costa Del Mar is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator at their offices in Daytona Beach, FL.

This is a full time position

As Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC), you will assist the Sr. Digital Marketing Director and use your knowledge to support Costa's digital presence across online platforms and help enhance our ecommerce marketing efforts and brand image.

You'll be responsible for assisting with lead generation tactics driving traffic to Costa's website and other digital properties, doing everything from supporting campaigns by executing the day-to-day tasks related to Costa's email communications, merchandising efforts, and more. As a skilled multi-tasker and project coordinator, you'll oversee promotional calendars, smaller project creative development, and use data to tell a story and measure the success of key digital marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator:

  • Administer website Products and Merchandising
  • Support Costa's Email Program and Email Service Provider
  • Assist with misc. website Promotional Efforts
  • Oversee and implement content changes via CMS and/or coordinate with IT Department
  • Help meet website traffic goals
  • Identify and help maintain industry best practice, laws, and new technology techniques in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce
  • Maintain detailed reporting for all key metrics
  • Help maintain relevant digital marketing budgets

 

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Communication or related field required
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Ecommerce
  • Passion for Digital Marketing, online advertising, and promotions
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and graphic communication skills
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge of information technology
  • Experience in Email Communications and Social Media
  • Ecommerce Merchandising and/or Marketing experience is a plus
  • Content Development or Editing experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Office & familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Ability to grow and evolve as the fast past ecommerce industry continues to progress
