Being a successful on-air personality has changed from the days of showing up to the station, doing the broadcast and repeating day-in and day-out. Today’s media has to create an experience with their audience beyond just being on the air. Ms. Hatcher will talk about building a brand and extending from the radio station to digital content producer to emceeing the community’s top charity events and everything else in between. Come listen and learn from one of Daytona’s top celebrity media personalities!

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Kaylee Hatcher has been co-hosting The Morning Vibe with Tremble & Kaylee on 103.3 the Vibe for the past five years. As she was choosing which path to take, graduating from Florida State (Go Noles) or taking a hands on internship - she decided the local radio station would be a fun, interesting and different way to do just that. She never knew the love and passion she would soon have with morning radio and it motivated her to learn more field related skills like social media, programming and promotions.

Who Should Attend:

Any and all advertising professionals. This means you! Social media, marketing communications and digital marketing professionals, marketing directors, media buyers, public relations professionals, ad agency executives, and creative professionals!

Bring your business cards as we have a half hour to network prior to lunch and the presentation.

Full-Time Students:

For full-time high school or college students studying business, advertising, design, communications, PR or related fields: We encourage you to register online as a sponsored student and we'll find a member to donate the cost of your $25 ticket. If you register online please plan on attending or sending another student in your place if you are unable to go to the luncheon. Should you need to cancel, email us at RSVP@aafdaytonabeach.com so we can cancel your lunch.

 

FAQs

Where do we meet?

Head into Houligan's Restaurant by the Speedway. We are in the room upstairs, and our check-in team will greet you at the door. The restaurant address is:

1725 W International Speedway Blvd
Daytona Beach, FL 32114

How do we order food?

When you arrive, find a seat and grab your lunch card. It will have menu selections covered under your ticket fee. Make your selection and give it to the server with your drink order. We will be networking during this time. Please plan on being there in time to check-in and place your order by noon. We recommend arriving between 11:30 - 11:45am. 

How long is the event?

Plan to be there at least an hour and a half:

11:30am Networking and check-in
12:00pm Announcements, Speaker and Lunch
12:45 - 1pm Speaker Q&A

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Email us at RSVP@aafdaytonabeach.com. Your message will be sent to our luncheon team.

 What's the refund policy?

For guest tickets: Cancel at least 24 hours prior to the event and we can reimburse your ticket. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It's not necessary since we have your attendee ticket information on our list. However if you bought your ticket the day of the event, bring the paper copy so we know you paid.

Can I update my registration information?I s my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Absolutely. You can update attendee info in the EventBrite dashboard. If it's a last minute switch, anyone in your company can attend under your business name, just be sure to tell us at the door who you are subbing for. All tickets are transferable. If you or someone from your company can't make it, we encourage you to donate your seat to a student by contacting us in advance at RSVP@aafdaytonabeach.com.

 Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, as long as you tell us when you check-in whose ticket you are using. If you know in advance, please update this information in your EventBrite dashboard.
