Marketing Manager / Flagler County Tourism Council
This position supports the Flagler County Tourist Development Council to promote tourism in Flagler County. Person of interest will report to the Vice president of Tourism Development. Primary duties are to develop the sports niche market, and the leisure market in Flagler County.
Job Duties Include:
• Develops and coordinates and communicates new tourism partner services (i.e.) distribution of inquiry leads, email communication, promotions)
• Research and gain knowledge of Sporting Event Planners requirements and needs
• Develop and implement social media strategies by staying current on all aspects of twitter, facebook, linkedin and other social media sites
• Track internet marketing activities and results
• On-going development and enhancement of visitflagler.org
• Manage public relation opportunities, press releases, writes articles for blogs, newsletters, publications, partner enewsletter, visitor enewsletter etc.
• Attend trade shows in target markets to promote Flagler County as a desireable destination
• Assisting in implementation of marketing collateral and advertising campaign deadlines
Requirements/Qualifications
• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience in management role, preferably in marketing or communications. Candidates should have excellent computer skills, be highly organized and possess excellent writing skills. Proficiency in Publisher and Photoshop a plus.
• Bachelors Degree in marketing and/or communications
• Preference will be given to Flagler County residents
Compensation
The salary for this position is $35,000 annually. Vacation and Health Benefits are provided.

Production Artist / Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center
The production artist will be constantly learning and evolving through the mentoring of the senior designer/art director, other designers and associate director of branding. The production artist will be creatively challenged in brainstorming and will have daily interaction with marketing and CHN reps. This position actively participates in maintaining outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility for maintaining positive client and team membership relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate entry level design capabilities
• Experience with QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other digital creative software
• Strong interperosnal communication skills
• Demonstrate strong project management skills
Education and Experience Required
• College degree or equivalent from an art school
• One year of experience in computer assisted graphic design
Job Duties Include

• Under the supervision of the senior designer/art director, the production artist will provide efficient and timely design, ensuring all projects meet deadline and budget
• Designs "hot jobs" on request, resizes existing artwork, and supports other designers when necessary
• Submits all design work for review by the senior designer/art director and makes accurate changes to layout as requested by client and/or senior designer/art director
• Monitors and updates the status of jobs in the creative management system on a daily basis, and communicates to senior designer/art director and/or production/traffic manager if a project is unable to be completed on time
• Adheres to and maintains Florida Hospital Brand Standards and its integral role in the organization, providing quality assurance of creative deliverables, while building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members
• Maintains accurate and orderly records of jobs produced by attaching final artwork to closed jobs electronically in the creative management software program, delivering hard copy files to production/traffic manager upon job completion and in a timely manner, and helps to maintain an organized, common workspace in the creative department
• Assists in photo shoots as necessary when requested by photographer or other designers
