The Daytona Beach Advertising Federation awarded its first Silver Medal in 1963, three years after the club was established. In the following 42 years, the club has awarded 38 Silver Medals. Traditionally this award is given as the finale of the ADDY Awards Banquet after a selection process by past winners. In 2006, the Silver Selection Committee is opening up the nomination process to include live presentations given by members for their nominee.
Nominees may be an industry professional in Volusia or Flagler Counties that meet the award criteria. Nominations and presentations must come from a DBAF member in good standing.
It's that time of year to nominate someone for the Silver Medal Award. This is the highest honor that is given annually at the Addy Awards Banquet. Deadline for nominations is Jan 13th. Download the information and nomination form.
