The Digital Communications Specialist is a versatile communicator who can craft engaging content for a variety of audiences. S/he generates content for digital communications that include, but are not limited to: external and internal websites, email and marketing campaigns, newsletters and advertisements. The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for being informed of current trends and news of interest to internal and external audiences – in addition to campus and university activities. S/he provides meaningful feedback to the team and collaborates with others to effectively communicate ideas and messages. S/he assists internal customers with identifying relevant content topics and knowledgeable subject-matter experts. Supporting the Director of Digital Communications, s/he creates communications that promote the university’s enrollment, retention and advancement goals.
